The 3rd International Flavor and Fragrance Conference, IFFC2019, continues a tradition of bringing together the scientific community to discuss the opportunities and challenges in the field of flavors and fragrances. The central theme of the 2019 conference is Unveiling the Mystery of Taste and Smell, from perception to consumer preferences. Our goal is to bring together academic and industrial participants for vibrant exchange of ideas, while enjoying the amenities of the Hotel del Mar, in beautiful Viña del Mar and nearby Valparaiso, Chile.
IFFC 2019 is jointly organized by ACS (American Chemical Society-Agricultural and Food Chemistry Division) and Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, USACH, CGNA, PUCV, University of Chile and Dictuc.
The official language of the conference will be English. The Workshops will have simultaneous translation into Spanish.

IFFC 2019 is the 3rd international conference of his type, after those in Cartagena de Indias, Colombia (2017) and Wuxi, China (2018), respectively, with more than 250 delegates, 50 speakers and more than 100 scientific posters
